About Lindsay

I am an International Body Harmony Teacher and have been a member of the International Body Harmony Guild since its inception.

I´m a solo adventurer traveler with a practice based mainly in southern Andalucia and the UK. I teach class and do private 1-1 sessions of Body Harmony as well as freelance writing.

I love anything creative, movement, wellbeing, family dynamics and human evolution. I´m also into storms, roller blading, risk taking and at time of writing still put too much ginger in almost everything.

My people are from Scotland, I have a degree from Edinburgh University and have been practising Body Harmony for over 17 years.

I mother two school age boys, a dog and two cats and have step-mothered three adult children.

I speak English and Spanish and when pushed, French and German.
